I own an Artesian Dove Canyon Platinum Elite hot tub. It is still under warranty.

The LED panel has stopped working properly. I am getting the run around from my dealer, so I called Artesian directly. They say the replacement LED panel I need is no longer being manufactured for my specific hot tub. They have a replacement option, however, it is much smaller than the original and will not fit properly into the large hole that the original LED panel will leave behind when removed.

Artesian basically told me, "sorry about your luck" . I am SO disappointed that I have paid $12,000 for a top of the line hot tub that has not made it through the warranty period before it has a significant problem and the company does not care.

I will never buy this brand again if they can not stand behind their product and offer a fix to a problem. Buyer Beware and go with another brand!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $12000.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Agree- quality control seems to be a unknown-issue. Purolator got clogged, failure of rep at installation.

Circulating pump and heater failed a year later, again another 2 months later. Screw on one pump was totally over-tightened, because they forgot to insert s gasket, and finally the haircrack on the screw caused it to break and give a huge mess.

Now, a few gaskets on the diverter and fountains are leaky, my rep tells me these parts are not available. Great!
